Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests, following "service Model".
• Schedule dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and assist in seating, ensuring hotel’s standards of service.
• Ensure service model is always practiced.
• Maximize revenue by ensuring fast turn over of tables.

Job Requirement

• Positive thinking and always maintain a cheerful disposition, hostess is the face of the restaurant.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
• Maintain positive guest relations
• Be familiar with all YTL Hotels, dining outlets and its properties activities, service/features to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Promote positive guest relations.
• Take reservation and attend to guest inquiry.
• Answer restaurant telephone with correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Courteously acknowledge all guests arriving/departing the outlet.

Skills Required

• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate.
• Strong organizational skills.
