3. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PELAMAR UMUM :

Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional, dengan persyaratan Indek Prestasi Komulatif (IPK): untuk S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima), dan S2 minimal 3,25 (tiga koma dua lima). Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S.1.
2. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.
3. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008 atau sesudahnya. Hasil Test yang diperbolehkan untuk dilampirkan adalah sebagai berikut :
* EPT yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional (LBPP) LIA dengan nilai minimal : 450 untuk S.1 dan 475 untuk S.2.
* TOEFL IBT (Internet Base TOEFL) yang diterbitkan oleh The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) dengan nilai minimal 53 untuk S.1 dan 64 untuk S.2.
* IELTS yang diterbitkan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Australia (IDP) 4.5 untuk S.1, dan 5.5 untuk S.2.
4. U s i a :
* Tidak lebih dari 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir pada 1 Desember 1981 atau sesudahnya) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S1).
* Tidak lebih dari 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir pada 1 Desember 1979 atau sesudahnya) untuk tingkat Pasca Sarjana (S2).

4. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PEGAWAI TIDAK TETAP (PTT) DI LINGKUNGAN DEPARTEMEN PEKERJAAN UMUM :
1. Merupakan pegawai yang tercatat dalam Database Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Bagi pegawai yang tidak tercatat, maka secara otomatis diperhitungkan sebagai pelamar umum.
2. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S.2) dan atau Sarjana (S.1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat terakreditasi atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S.1.

1. Proses pendaftaran Pelamar dapat dilihat melalui Website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum di http://www.pu.go.id.
2. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan secara system dinyatakan memenuhi syarat maka akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.
3. Periode Pendaftaran online dibuka mulai tanggal 3 s.d. 30 September 2009.

Seleksi dilakukan dengan tahapan (sistem gugur) sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif dengan melihat pemenuhan persyaratan di atas, dan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akan gugur. Hanya mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis melalui pengumuman di website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
2. Bagi pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administratif diharuskan untuk mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian, waktu dan lokasi pengambilan Tanda Peserta Ujian akan ditentukan kemudian.
3. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, Sertifikat Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris, transkrip nilai dan akte kelahiran untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia.
4. Ujian tertulis meliputi Test Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) yang terdiri dari : Pengetahuan Ke-PU-an, Bahasa Indonesia, Pancasila, Tata Negara, Sejarah dan Kebijakan Pemerintah. Test Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Pengetahuan Khusus/Substansi, Test Skala Kematangan (TSK). Waktu dan lokasi Ujian Tertulis akan ditentukan kemudian.
5. Hasil Ujian tulis akan diumumkan melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.

7.LAIN-LAIN :
1. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak dipungut biaya.
2. Departemen PU tidak bertanggungjawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum – oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau Panitia sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran – tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon PNS.
3. Panitia membuka jalur pelayanan telephone (hotline) bagi para pelamar pada hari dan jam kerja (3 s.d. 30 September 2009, Senin – Jumat, 09:00 – 15:00 WIB) :

Surat Keterangan Kelulusan / Ijazah sementara dapat diterima, dengan syarat Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan ijazah asli yang bersangkutan pada saat yang bersangkutan mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian. Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat menunjukkan Ijazah asli, maka yang bersangkutan tidak dapat mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian.
6. Bagi Pelamar lulusan luar negeri harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai yang disahkan oleh Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas.
7. Berkas lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Pekerjaan Umum sebelum pengumuman Pengadaan PNS Tahun 2009 dianggap tidak berlaku.
8. Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
9. Hal – hal lain yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan dan seleksi PNS Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Tahun 2009 dapat dilihat pada website Departemen PU (http://www.pu.go.id) dan para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memonitor perkembangannya.

You will be based in Malaysia and will work on Projects from the Middle East through to the Pacific with your initial Project in S.E Asia.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, it is expected that you will possess a minimum of 3 years experience on onshore and offshore engineering and/or subsea projects. Your experience will have seen you personally involved with lump sum EPC contracts including the a good knowledge of offshore & subsea structures, FPSO, offshore platforms, Hull structures, pipelines, DPII construction vessels etc. Candidates who possess the experience in hyperbaric tie-ins and pipelay experience would be well regarded. It is envisaged that you will possess Degree level Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architectural, with additional qualifications in Subsea Engineering and membership of the Society of Underwater Technology being well regarded. It is mandatory that you possess good command of English, both verbal and written, and an excellent team player.
