HR Junior Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male, max 30 years old
* Min. S1 from Psychology, Law or Human Resources management from reputable university


* Experience min.2 years in the same field (in retail company would be an advantage)
* Having experience & good knowledge in whole recruitment process from beginning until end process
* Having a good knowledge in Human Labour Law, jamsostek, medical insurance, compensation & benefits
* Good knowledge in people or organizational development
* Experience in handling industrial relations
* Excellent communication & fluent in English
* Able to work under pressure
