IV.
Tata Cara Pendaftaran


a. Pendaftaran dilaksanakan secara online melalui website Departemen Dalam Negeri www.depdagri.go.id mulai tanggal 24 Oktober 2008 Pukul 08.00 WIB sampai dengan tanggal 27 Oktober 2008 Pukul 08.00 WIB.
b. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran, melengkapi data, dan secara system dinyatakan memenuhi syarat akan memperoleh Nomor Registrasi.
c. Pelamar wajib mencetak formulir Lamaran Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun Anggaran 2008 pendaftaran secara online (setelah memperoleh Nomor Registrasi), membubuhi pas photo berwarna terbaru ukuran 3 x 4 cm dan menandatanganinya sebagai salah satu syarat pendaftaran ulang dengan cara pengiriman berkas lamaran yang disampaikan kepada Panitia Penerimaan CPNS Departemen Dalam Negeri Tahun Anggaran 2008.
d. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap, atau terdapat perbedaan data antara database pelamar dengan berkas yang disampaikan akan dinyatakan "tidak memenuhi syarat atau gugur"
e. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran, Registrasi online baru akan diproses setelah Panitia menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui Pos Tercatat mulai tanggal 24 Oktober 2008 s.d 30 Oktober 2008 (CAP POS), ditujukan kepada :

f. Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui PO BOX tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya.
g. Formulir Registrasi online harus dilengkapi dengan lampiran :
1. Formulir lamaran penerimaan CPNS yang telah dicetak, dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,- dan ditandatangani;
2. Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah terakhir (S.2, S.1, dan D.3) berikut transkip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Direktur Program atau Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas bagi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri (Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/ijazah sementara tidak dapat diterima);
3. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran yang Dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli);
4. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku & sesuai alamat yang dicantumkan dalam lamaran;
5. Fotokopi tanda pencari kerja (kartu kuning Depnaker) yang masih berlaku;
6. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (CV) tulis tangan dengan tinta hitam;
7. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;
8. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 3 X 4 (berwarna) sebanyak 3 lembar: 1 lembar foto ditempel di formulir lamaran dan 2 lembar lainnya ditulis nama pelamar di bagian belakang foto;
h. Berkas lamaran disusun rapi sesuai dengan urutan lampiran dalam map snelhecter dan dimasukan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Warna Map bagi pendidikan S.2 (Biru), S.1 (Kuning), D.3 (Merah). Pada sudut kiri atas bagian depan amplop lamaran ditulis Nomor Registrasi hasil pendaftaran online (sesuai contoh amplop);
i. Pemanggilan dan Nomor peserta test penyaringan CPNS T.A. 2008 serta materi test yang diujikan, tempat dan tanggal pelaksanaan akan diberitahukan/dikirimkan melalui "Pos atau Website www.depdagri.go.id".

V.
KETENTUAN LAIN–LAIN


1. Keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat
2. Lamaran yang disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat dinyatakan tidak berlaku
3. Setiap pelamar yang memberikan informasi tidak benar akan dituntut sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku
4. Pelamar yang mengundurkan diri setelah dinyatakan lulus dan diterima sebagai CPNS Departemen Dalam Negeri dapat dituntut sesuai dengan Peraturan Perundangan yang berlaku tentang tindakan yang merugikan negara
5. Pengumuman dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan seleksi CPNS Departemen Dalam Negeri dapat dilihat melalui Website www.depdagri.go.id
6. Panitia tidak melayani komunikasi langsung dengan pelamar yang berkaitan dengan proses rekruitmen/lamaran
7. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar

- Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap, formulir dapat di download di website
Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id;
- Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta warna hitam di atas kertas folio bergaris dengan
huruf latin dengan mencantumkan biodata antara lain nama, tempat/tanggal lahir, status (nikah /
belum nikah/janda/duda), alamat jelas yang mudah dihubungi dan nomor telepon/HP dan
ditujukan kepada Menteri Kehutanan cq. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian;
- Fotocopy ijazah dan transkip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang, sebanyak
1 (satu) lembar (Surat Keterangan Lulus/Ijazah Sementara tidak dapat diterima);
- Fotocopy sertifikat akreditasi program studi, sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar;
- Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- sanggup memenuhi persyaratan (umum dan khusus) dan
ketentuan pelaksanaan Penerimaan CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2008,
sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar, format surat dapat di download di website Departemen Kehutanan di
www.dephut.go.id;
- Pasfoto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 cm berlatar belakang merah, sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar;
1 (satu) lembar foto ditempel di formulir pendaftaran dan 1 (satu) lembar lainnya ditulisi nama
pelamar di bagian belakang foto;
- Fotocopy bukti pengalaman kerja/kursus yang berkaitan dengan jabatan yang dilamar bila ada,
sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar.
- Fotocopy hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan umum yang telah dilegalisir dari dokter/klinik yang
meliputi : tinggi dan berat badan, mata, gigi, fungsi motorik, pendengaran dan tekanan darah
(khusus untuk pelamar jabatan Polisi Kehutanan (Polhut), baik pilihan 1 atau 2).
c). Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (b) disusun rapi sesuai urutan di dalam map kertas jepit
berlubang (snelhecter) dengan warna :
- Kuning untuk Diploma III (DIII),
- Biru untuk Sarjana (S1),
d). Map lamaran dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat dan ditulis pada pojok kiri atas kode
kualifikasi pendidikan.
e). Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi syarat tidak akan diproses.
f). Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh
pelamar.

V. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2008 dilakukan dengan tahapantahapan
sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif
Panitia akan memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan pertimbangan nilai IPK, akreditasi program
studi, umur dan pengalaman kerja untuk menentukan jumlah peserta ujian tertulis apabila jumlah
pelamar melebihi jumlah peserta ujian yang ditentukan. Pengumuman peserta yang lolos seleksi
administrasi dan berhak untuk mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya akan diumumkan pada tanggal
30 Oktober 2008.
2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi wajib mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian
(KTPU) pada tanggal 11-12 November 2008 dengan menunjukkan ijazah asli dan fotocopy formulir
pendaftaran yang telah diisi lengkap, bertempat di kantor Koordinator UPT Departemen Kehutanan di
seluruh Indonesia atau tempat lain yang ditunjuk.
3. Ujian Tertulis
Ujian Tertulis akan dilaksanakan serentak di seluruh kantor Koordinator UPT Departemen Kehutanan
di seluruh Indonesia atau tempat lain yang ditunjuk pada tanggal 13 November 2008. Hasil ujian
tertulis akan diumumkan pada tanggal 5 Desember 2008.
4. Berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara No. 30 Tahun 2007 tanggal 27 Agustus
2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan CPNS, materi ujian meliputi :
• Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD); dimaksudkan untuk menggali pengetahuan, keterampilan dan
sikap/perilaku peserta ujian, yang meliputi :

Hukum);
- Tes Bakat Skolastik / TBS (Kemampuan Verbal, Kemampuan Kuantitatif, dan
Kemampuan Penalaran);
- Tes Skala Kematangan / TSK (Kemampuan Beradaptasi, Pengendalian Diri, Semangat
Berprestasi, Integritas dan Inisiatif).
• Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB); dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dan atau
keterampilan peserta ujian yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan.
5. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
VI. LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari peserta.
2. Departemen Kehutanan tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh
oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Kehutanan atau panitia, sehingga pelamar
diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran-tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai CPNS
Departemen Kehutanan.
3. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus namun mengundurkan diri, tidak akan diterima sebagai CPNS
Departemen Kehutanan pada pengadaan pegawai baru tahun-tahun berikutnya.
4. Setelah diangkat CPNS tidak boleh meminta pindah selama 5 (lima) tahun.
5. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Kehutanan sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak
berlaku.
6. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Departemen Kehutanan Formasi Tahun 2008
hanya dapat dilihat melalui website Departemen Kehutanan di www.dephut.go.id. Oleh karena itu
para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantaunya.

PENGUMUMAN
Nomor : 15617/H31.11.2/KP/2008
tentang
PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL
DI LINGKUNGAN UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA
TAHUN 2008

Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 44085/A4/KP/2008 tanggal 3 September 2008 dan hasil Rapat Koordinasi Rencana Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di lingkungan Depdiknas tanggal 8-10 September 2008 di Hotel Bumi Karsa, Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan, Universitas Terbuka akan menerima Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil sejumlah 56 orang.

A. Persyaratan pengangkatan CPNS adalah:

1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia.
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2008 yang ditentukan berdasarkan tanggal kelahiran yang tercantum pada ijazah yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengangkatan.
3. Foto copy ijazah yang dihasilkan lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai ijin pendirian dan terakreditasi dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional dan telah disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
* Tanggal penetapan ijazah harus sebelum tanggal pelamaran, tidak boleh surat keterangan atau pernyataan belum diwisuda;
* Bagi pelamar formasi Dosen, kualifikasi akademik ijazah harus linear antara S1 dan S2 (contoh: kualifikasi akademik S2 manajemen, maka kualifikasi akademik S1 harus manajemen), bagi pelamar yang memiliki ijazah S1 dan S2 tidak linear lamarannya tidak dapat diterima.;



* Bagi yang memiliki ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri harus melampirkan surat keputusan penetapan dan penyetaraan hasil penilaian ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.
4. Daftar Riwayat Hidup sesuai Keputusan Kepala BKN Nomor 13A Tahun 2006 dengan ketentuan ditulis dengan tangan sendiri memakai huruf kapital/balok, tinta hitam, dan ditandatangani serta ditempel pas photo ukuran 3 x 4 cm di sudut kanan atas (disediakan Panitia). Pada kolom pendidikan, nomor ijazah dan tahun lulus setiap jenjang pendidikan mulai dari SD harus terisi secara lengkap.
5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan sesuatu tindak pidana kejahatan.
6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri/Pegawai Negeri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia.
9. Tidak menjadi pengurus dan/atau anggota partai politik.
10. Foto copy bukti pengalaman kerja yang autentik dan dilegalisir bagi yang memiliki pengalaman
kerja.
11. Pas photo ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 8 (delapan) lembar.
12. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dikeluarkan pihak yang berwajib/POLRI.
13. Surat Keterangan sehat jasmani dan rohani dari Dokter pemerintah.
14. Surat Keterangan tidak mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan zat adiktif lainnya dari unit pelayanan kesehatan pemerintah.
15. Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang terikat kontrak kerja pada instansi/perguruan tinggi lain.
16. khusus pelamar yang pada saat diangkat sebagai CPNS berusia 35 tahun lebih dan tidak lebih dari 40 tahun pada saat 1 Desember 2008, harus melampirkan surat keputusan pengangkatan pertama sampai terakhir minimal 11 tahun 8 bulan secara terus menerus dan tidak terputus sejak 1 April 1997 sampai dengan sekarang pada instansi pemerintah dan/atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional, dan surat keterangan yang menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan masih melaksanakan tugasnya pada instansi tersebut (sesuai PP No. 98/2000).
17. Lulus seleksi.

B. Pendaftaran:
1) Waktu
Penerimaan pendaftaran, seleksi administrasi, pengisian Daftar Riwayat Hidup dan biodata, serta pengambilan Nomor Tanda Peserta Ujian oleh yang bersangkutan mulai tanggal 13 s.d 27 September 2008 jam Kantor di UPBJJ-UT sesuai formasi yang tersedia.
2) Tempat Ujian dan Pendaftaran di UPBJJ masing-masing propinsi yang dibutuhkan

3) Kelengkapan berkas lamaran

1. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar dengan menyebutkan jabatan yang akan dilamar, ditujukan kepada Menteri Pendidikan Nasional melalui Rektor Universitas Terbuka, Jl. Cabe Raya, Pondok Cabe, Pamulang, Tangerang - 15418, tanpa materai. (contoh blanko lamaran kerja dapat dilihat pada Web Site Universitas Terbuka http://www.ut.ac.id/lowongan/)
2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (disediakan Panitia).
3. 1 (satu) lembar foto copy ijazah S1 dan S2, serta transkrip nilai sesuai dengan kualifikasi akademik yang dibutuhkan, dan telah disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang (tanggal penetapan ijazah harus sebelum tanggal pelamaran, tidak boleh surat keterangan atau pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa belum diwisuda), dan menunjukkan aslinya kepada Panitia. Bagi yang memiliki ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri harus melampirkan surat keputusan penetapan dan penyetaraan hasil penilaian ijazah lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.
4. 2 (dua) lembar pas foto ukuran 3 x 4 cm (mohon ditulis nama peserta pada bagian belakang).
5. Bagi pelamar dosen harus melampirkan Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang terikat kontrak dengan instansi/perguruan tinggi lain.
6. Surat lamaran berserta lampiran disusun rapih berdasarkan urutan persyaratan dalam map warna merah.

F. Lain-lain
1. Hal-hal berkenaan dengan penyelenggaraan penerimaan CPNS-UT, meliputi biaya transportasi, akomodasi/konsumsi, ditanggung oleh pelamar.
2. Pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
