Credit Process Quality Division Head (Position Code : CPQ)

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES :



1. Lead Quality Assurance in conduct credit inspection to Credit Centers
2. Set-up and enhance infrastructure as well as capacity of Quality Assurance Division
3. Ensure that all critical credit process has been covered in assurance process
4. Ensure that root cause and impact of policy and procedure breach has been investigated
5. Monitor and report progress of activity to mitigate repeat breach
6. Identify opportunity and risk of credit processing and provice recommendation accordingly


SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum 5 years of Credit management experiences
2. An understanding credit process,its cost-benefit and impact to the quality of credit application
3. Understanding of capacity planning and task assignment
4. Full commitment to ensuring disciplined adrehance to agreed credit strategic and target market philosophies
5. The ability to work with all levels of Business and Credit Officers in a team approcah anda provice coaching and assistance to other middle management
6. Knowledge in auditing/or risk management will be an advantage
