Responsibilities:
Our Management Trainee consist of 3 development program;

Sales & Marketing Development : We train people to develop their communication skill by approaching customer on face to face level.
Training Development : We train people to develop their leadership skill by managing a small team.
Business Developmet : We train people to develop their management skill by managing an office and expanding the business.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs
Indonesian citizen
Willing to learn from the start
Positive attitude and professional behaviour
Good working habits
Self Motivated and fun personality
Goal oriented and career minded
Willing to travel domestic and international
