It is responsible for providing high quality customer fulfilment services to our Global Markets, Relationship Banking and Transaction Banking businesses. This role is primarily responsible for processing high value international payments, while ensuring that regulatory and bank requirements are met. The incumbent will also be required to support management and business decisions relevant to cost. You will deliver positive customer experience within agreed timeframes and consistently meet targets in terms of quality and accuracy. Accuracy of data and timeliness of information is essential, as is the ability to comply to all Risk and Compliance requirements. Stakeholder management skills prove crucial to success as will the ability to identify process and service improvements and present them to business Lowongan Bank ANZ .

Officer, Credit Administration – Documentation
Qualification:

The candidate we seek would need to demonstrate a basic understanding of standard documentation requirements with preferably a basic knowledge of ANZ’s core financial products, eg, revolving & term loans, interest rate and margin setting, issuance of guarantees, taking of security, forex & treasury products, and trade finance services. A minimum of 3 yrs experience in commercial and/ or wholesale banking, preferably with another international bank or financial institution, preferably in Indonesia is desirable.
Operator, High Value and International
Qualification:
Candidates with a minimum of 1 years experience in processing High Value & International Payments are encouraged to apply. PC literacy including familiarity with the MS Office suite of applications is a must. Good communication skills with the ability to deliver under pressure add value to your candidature for this post.
RECONCILIATION & INVESTIGATIONS
Qualification:
To ease into this role, a minimum of 2 years experience in processing / verifying Reconciliation and Investigations is essential. Computer knowledge and skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite of applications stands you in good stead. OPERATOR CHEQUE PROCESSING
Qualification:
To ease into this role, a minimum of 1 years experience in Cheque Processing is essential. Computer knowledge and skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite of applications stands you in good stead. Ideally, you will be armed with a degree in Finance. Good communication skills with the ability to deliver under pressure add value to your candidature for this post.
OPERATOR, HIGH VALUE AND INTERNATIONAL
Qualifications:

CUSTOMER ONBOARDING OFFICER
Qualifications:
Good time management skills, a commitment to customer service and a strong focus on efficient delivery are crucial elements for success in this exciting role. Equally essential is the ability to think laterally and adapt to an environment of change. Good project management and documentation skills prove advantageous, as will a sound knowledge of roles/products and processes provided by ANZ. An in-depth understanding of relevant Bank policies/ procedures and legislation (e.g. MAS 626) adds value to your candidature for this post. Tertiary qualifications in a related financial services stream are preferred, though not mandatory.
TRADE RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will display competency in risk management with an in-depth understanding of trade products and most aspects of international trade operations [transactional and accounting]. You will also be expected to have a knowledge of ICC Publications Numbered 458 [E], 500/600 [UCP], 522 [URC], 525 [URR] and 590 [ISP98] with an awareness of ANZ’s global trade network operations and systems. This combined with an understanding of Trade Sanctions; including role specific and region specific content helps consolidate your candidature for this post.
