Customer Support Officer - American Express Corporate

Requirements:

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Minimum of 2 years related sales experience
  • Fluency in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

  • To provide back-up and support for the corporate sales team
  • To proceed new applications, follow up for incomplete document befor sending to new account
  • To ensure timely new / used on application processing
  • To reconcile on behalf of certain clients in a timely manner
