JOB DESCRIPTION HRD


HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT


Position : RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND LIBRARY OFFICER

Report to : PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR

Qualification : - Male/Female
- Newly hired person must be minimum D3 graduate
- Promoted employee minimum High School
- Familiar with computer
- Good communication in English and Indonesian, oral and written

Function : To carry out all Recruiting, Training and Library implemented well.





Responsibility : - Collecting all recruitment request and training proposal from related department.
- Accommodating any application receive by recording and filing it.
- Selecting any candidates with cooperation with supervisor.
- Conducting chosen candidates to be tested and interviewed by HRD and related department.
- Arranging the medical check up and filing the result.
- Giving an answer to any rejected candidates.
- Filing personnel file of candidates and new employees.
- Arranging for identify card for new employee.
- Arranging for bank application.
- Giving orientation about Omron regulation, 5S, ISO, insurance, etc
- Arranging training for new employee.
- Preparing training for all employees if there is any request from related department.
- Handling library and all related activity.
- Handling document filing in HR Department.
- Responsibility to 5S activity in HR Department.
- Responsibility and conducting 5S training.
