Health Officer  ( Place at Cikarang - Bekasi , Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities: 



In charge on any issues related to employee medical care, such as: inpatient case, maternity, vaccination, health promotion, health risks assessment, medical check up, sick leave problems, etc.


Provide monthly first aid station’s operational report, such as record of visitors, illness, occupational accident case and medicines usage.


 Manage first aid station’s daily activities.

Manage report of occupational accident case to Jamsostek and or other external bodies.
Manage government legal requirement related to factory hygiene issues, manage hygiene audit.


Manage the usage of medicines and first aid tools / equipments.


Strongly collaborate with company doctor especially on the usage of medicines and on the execution of any medical care programs.


Coordinate first aid team and propose the specific first aid team training.


Answer questions regarding employee health by explaining regular administrative procedures or common problems.


Carry out medical claims administration and handling any complaints related to medical insurance service. 


Manage and control the cleanliness and tidiness of some areas: toilet, locker room and canteen, and do any collaboration with cleaning service team. 


Requirements: 


Willing to work in Cikarang.
Having experience specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing or equivalent.


At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Having experience in managing clinic and administration of medical record.


Having certification in Hiperkes and Basic Life Support Skill is a must.
