ODP is a specialized fast track program offering rapid career advancement for ambitious and talented fresh graduates. Following twelve moths of
intensive training & development you will be assigned as Assistant Manager of SMEC or Corporate Banking in Jabodetabek area. You will be responsible to foster beneficial relationship between BII and its most important SMEC customers, and provide recommendation for them to reach their objectives. Since these assignments are crucial to sustain BII’s growth in the future, only the best talents are expected to fill this position

Position: Sales Executive (SE)

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 Degree from any discipline
* Minimum GPA 2, 75
* Having experience as marketing staff from banking or any financial industry would be an advantage
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
* Having wide networking and target oriented
* Maximum age 28 years old
