Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.

* Have basic networking skill and knowledge (networking problem determination tools).
* Have basic Operating System skill and knowledge (Linux and Microsoft Windows).
* Have basic IBM Tivoli Software skill and knowledge (any products)
* Have ability to conduct training
* Good communication (verbal and written).
* Good personality (support and services orientated ).
