Branch Manager-BM/Pinca (Placement in Purwokerto & Tegal)

Responsibilities:
* Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
* Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
* Develop bussiness at the branch & maintain existing customer.

Requirements:



BANK BRI SYARIAH

* At least 5 years of working experience in the same position;
* Have good market portfolio & costomer database;
* Male / Female age max 40 years;
* Understand banking operation & procedure;
* Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
* Good command of english & computer literacy is required.
