HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
* The HR manager has responsibility for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of the organization's people including these areas of responsibilities:
o Recruiting & Manpower Plan
o Hiring
o Training
o Organization Development
o Communications: Facilitate effective communication between management and all levels of staff
o Performance Management
o Salary and Benefits
o Employee Relations
o Industrial Relations
* Be a business partner with business units through providing them with value-added HR generalist services,
* Develop and implement new HR initiatives in support of the Organization growth plan
* Provide professional advice to management on HR related matters
* The GA Manager has responsibility for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of the office management that includes: office facilities, securities and legal matters.
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 8 years of human resources management experience
* Conversant with legislative requirements and best market practices
* Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change and to communicate to all levels internally and externally, and poses people skills
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Proactive and self-motivated with good commercial acumen
* Have a proven track record in HR management with an International company and possess sound understanding and experience of best practice HR processes and systems
* Well conversant with Employment practices and regulations within countries
