RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

This position will be fully responsible for the recruitment & selection process, in head office, and monitor progress of recruitment in branch office. He / She also has to initiate, set up and evaluate program & activities for candidates exposure.

Requirements:
*Male / Female, Age max 30 years old



* Min. University degree (S1), majoring in Psychology with min. GPA 3.00
* Min. 2 years experience in recruitment & selection
* Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Fluent in English, Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications
* Will be located in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, & Balikpapan
