As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating the recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates, develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process, and identify and place qualified applicants. You are required to analyse the recruitment plan and identify various sources to search qualified candidates. You will involve yourself in placement process including conducting reference checks and candidate negotiations while ensuring offer letters and other documentation required for the new entrants are in place. Working as a key member of the team you will contribute to the achievement of team goals by providing support to business units as required including collaborating on projects and supporting the development of other members of the team. You will also ensure compliance with group policy, procedures and local regulations. This includes completion of required Group and Local Statutory reporting.
You will demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively across Business Units. Key to your success is the ability to show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented.

Requirement
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 — 5 years experience as Recruiter. It will be an added advantage if you demonstrate experience in excellent interview skills, strong negotiation skills, and a strong knowledge of the banking business. You should be capable of building wide network in banking industry and also have sound knowledge of various sources in searching suitable candidates. Also essential is high level maturity, assertiveness and management skills with excellent planning, problem solving and organisation capabilities.

Qualification:
Though we seek an experienced analyst, we would also like to meet with fresh graduates with a background in finance, business management and industrial engineering. Excellent English communication skills both oral and written with a proven ability to collaboratively work with business customers add value to your application for this post. Strong customer relationship focus coupled with an expertise in conducting workshops will be advantageous.
