Function : To control quality and productivity on production line
Job Descriptions :
1. Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
2. Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
3. Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems
4. Perform KAIZEN activity in production line
5. To control operator performance to achieve production target
6. To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior
* QA Technician ( QA – Tech )- ( Mechanical/Electrical )
Function : To assist QA supervisor Job description ( Quality Control & Assurance, Claim
Handling, Process Review, New Product Establishment )
Job Descriptions :
1. Response and investigate customer claim
2. Prevent and maintain QA Inspection, testing, and measuring equipment
3. Perform and handling QA Periodical test
4. Checking productions stamps, WGS, and other related document concerning the QA section
5. Follow up NRS product pending list
* Manufacturing Engineering Technician (ME-Tech) - (Electrical )
Function : Designing Machinery, Equipment and Part
Job Description :
1. Design machinery / equipment / part ( electrical scope)
2. Machine programming ( PLC )
3. Prepare part list, part drawing and machinery equipment
4. Support trouble shooting on production machine
* Product Engineering Technician ( PE-Tech ) - ( Mechanical/Electrical )
Function : As product technical window among production, supplier and customer, handle
type testing and maintenance and new product development,
Job Description :
1. As technical expert who support sales people on customer relationship
2. Handle RIS project include sample to customer
3. Do product testing
4. Maintain testing equipment
5. Support other department towards to the product technical problem
• Stamping Line Leader ( Stamp-LL ) - ( Mechanical )
Function : To control quality and productivity on production stamping
Job Descriptions :
1. Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
2. Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
3. Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems

* Moulding Line Leader ( PE-LL ) - ( Mechanical )
Function : To control quality and productivity on production stamping
Job Descriptions :
1. Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
2. Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
3. Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems
4. Perform KAIZEN activity in production line
5. To control operator performance to achieve production target
6. To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Hold Diploma degree (D3) from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. GPA min 2.80 ( 4.00 scale )
3. Available for Fresh Graduate
4. For Stamping & Moulding Line Leader preferably has experience in the same field min 1 year
5. Strong Leadership, honest and high integrity
6. Computer literacy ( Office, Drawing, Statistical )
7. Good spoken & written in English
