• Manage and Develop Distributor and Shop Competency in Central Java & DIY
• Manage and Develop Panel Builder, Contractor to become Preferred Partner and promote Schneider Electric product range in Central Java & DIY
• Responsible to Prescribe our product in Projects which is designed by Consultant in Central Java & DIY

Requirements:
• Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
• Min. 2 years in related area.
• Understand distributor, shop business, panel builder, contractor, & consultant.
• Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang

Responbilities :

• To supervise and control subordinates daily activities and working methods on the production line,
• To monitor daily the KPI's of the production process such as :
• To monitor and ensure that the machine efficiency and performance are consistent,
• To ensure the efficient use of raw material by controlling the formula and process parameters in the production process,
• To monitor and ensure that the quality and quantity of the production output are in line with the target,
• To maintain the rejects level at an acceptable targeted level and if possible reduce it further.
• To supervise the implementation of ISO / OHSAS procedures related to the production,
• To perform production operation according to the weekly production plan,
• To perform weekly meeting with all subordinates and formulate some proposals for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Male, 26-30 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Technical Engineering
3. Min. 5 years experience in a leading production function
4. Hands-on mentality
5. Knowledge of English is an added value
6. Strong leadership
7. Willing to be interviewed in Gresik, East Java
