Maintenance Planner (Supervisor Level)
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities by studying and managing work request, analyzing job requirements and determining materials, equipment & labor needs in order to complete maintenance economically and efficiently
Requirements:
Male, age max 35 years old
Associate / Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4 years experience in Engineering / Maintenance area at FMCG company
Technical Skills : Maintenance Management System, in depth knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical & Inventory system
Must have knowledge of CMMS (Oracle, SAP, Maximo, etc)
Having experience in ISO / Quality Management System
Able to communicate in English both oral & written
Proactive, strong analytical skill, high motivated and have communication / interpersonal skill
QA ANALYST STAFF
Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor degree majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis
Has experience a year in similar position at least a year
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Male/Female, Max 25 Years old
Technical Skills : basic of chemical
Will be located at West Jakarta
Shift Production Supervisor
Job Description ;
Manage daily production, quality, cost, safety and delivery all production section
Requirements :
Bachelor degree majoring in Food Technology, Mechanic or Electric
Min 5 years experience in the same position in Food & Beverage Company
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, TPM, OHSAS, ISO 14000, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, HACCP, GMP, QMS, Supply Chain Principles and Manufacturing System overall
Trusty, responsibility, confidence, high initiative, motivator, innovation, empowerment
Used to be a TPM Project Leader or Continous Improvement Leader
Will be located at West Jakarta
Product Developer (SUPERVISOR LEVEL)
Job Description ;
Responsible for implementation of Risk Assesment related to product & Packaging as well as Specification Development and Approval
To Prepare process design work for new products, to make the process description in the process sheet, to do batch trial and monitoring process, to make process improvements of the existing products for quality improvement and cost reduction
Completion of BOM Audit and Item Master
Establish ISO documentation system for processing
Requirements :
University Degree in food Technology From Reputable University
Has experience 2 years in similar position
Male/Female, Max 30 Years age
Fluent in English both oral & written
Good knowledge of process equipments, GMP and Production Process
Problem Solver, Committed , Comercial mind, good in planning and organizing, good in personal adaptability.
