Job holder specifications:

• Professional Experience:

  • Holds a diploma degree (D3) minimum with GPA of 2.75 minimum
  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Have a C Driving License (SIM C) and personal transportation vehicle
  • Sales skill and wide connections of relations

Frontliners Intership Program - Customer Service & Teller (Code : TSCS05 )

Qualification :

• Have an average of 2.75 GPA and is at the final stage of Bachelor or Diploma Degree (Thesis Preparation)
• Age between 20 - 25 years old
• Have good attention to detail and is able to work at a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Focus, show high passion to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to operate computer especially MS Office
  

IT SMEC & Corporate Application Suppor (Code : ITSA05 )

Key accountabilities:

• Providing IT solutions based on user requirements.
• Controlling IT project developed by internal or external teams to make sure the application is following SDLC & IT policies and also meets the user requirements.
• Maintaining the production environment to make sure the applications are running well.
• Maintaining relationship with business users.

Job holder specifications:

• Professional Experience:
  • Having technical background of 3 years experience in web application development using :
    • ASP or .NET technologies, especially ASP.NET
    • RDBMS, especially SQL server & Oracle databases
  • Good understanding of SDLC & application trouble-shooting
  • Having at least 1 year experience on IT Project Management
  • Banking projects experience is favorable
• Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
